On the Sunday before Lent . . .

The new edition of The Spire was published . . .

and the new children's play area was opened . . .

We had some visitors from Germany . . .

and a hymn practice . . .

led by some talented musicians (one of whom wore a blue hat) . . .

before a pancake lunch . . .

at a long table . . .

followed by some games . . .

at which there was evidence of some cheating at the starting line . . .

and some impromptu dancing . . .

There were a lot of smiling faces . . .

and some Welsh shoes

  1. Great photos - sorry I missed the pancake lunch, it's always such fun.
Paul and I attended the christening of Grace & Nigel's son Joshua at St Bartholomew the Great, West Smithfield in the City of London, where Nigel is now Director of Music.
